Eat pie for breakfast healthy style

One of my favorite things about fall is the consistent presence of pumpkin and apple pie in every grocery store. If I knew that I wouldn’t gain a layer of blubber I would eat these delicious fall pies every single day. Rachel Abrahams agrees and writes about two healthy alternatives to eating fall pies for breakfast.

The first recipe is Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats. The ingredients include the following:

  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 3 tbsp pumkin purée
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Through three easy steps you and leaving it in the fridge overnight, you will wake up to a delicious pumpkin pie but healthy style.
