One of my favorite things about fall is the consistent presence of pumpkin and apple pie in every grocery store. If I knew that I wouldn’t gain a layer of blubber I would eat these delicious fall pies every single day. The first recipe is Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats. The ingredients include the following:

- 3 tbsp pumkin purée
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
