Put the Coffee Down

Does your 3pm large Dunkin’ Donuts caramel swirl coffee keep you up at night? There are so many ways to get the burst of energy you may need to finish that term paper without sacrificing a goodnight sleep.


Currently, caffeine is the most popular drug in the world. I get it, it is practically impossible to go a full day of college without at least one cup of coffee. When I have a stressful day I can have up to three cups. There are so many ways to naturally get energy without all of bad side effects of coffee.
